Wednesday, 2/5/12.

Five months after moving in and it’s official… we finally have curtains! Chocolate (dark brown) in the living room, purple fizz (dark purple) in the bedroom and lagoon (aqua blue) in the second bedroom. They’re thinner than I thought but still keep enough light out and the house finally looks complete, so I’m happy.

We also may have had a bit of an impulse splurge and bought a blank Nintendo Wii with Mario Kart, haha. I’m going to flutter my eyelashes at dad and see if he’l let me borrow some of his Wii games and a remote, and then accidently on purpose forget to give them back.

Jake came over for the afternoon to chill and steal our internet, and I managed to get the majority of the paint off the wall in the bedroom so I’ve been at least a little productive.
