What a douchebaganalsuckingfucktardwhorebastardface.  Ok so I got suckered in to trying to switch cell phone services the other day.  They wanted me to switch to T-mobile and presented a decent argument saying that I’d be receiving essentially the same service as I was with Nextel for $20 per month cheaper and that T-mobil was trying to be the best cell phone carrier and that I would save a lot of money.  I have this phone for 4 days and I couldn’t hear the damn thing ring for the life of me.  all I needed was for the AC in the car to be on and the CD player at a decent level to completely oblitherate any sound the phone made.
I missed SO MANY CALLS this weekend.  and the few that I did catch I lost about every 10th word for maybe 1 or 2 minutes and then the calls would be dropped.  dropped fucking calls.  I never knew really what that was until I switched to T-mobile.  plus the crappy little samsung phone they gave me had no volume.  I had to completely jam my finger in my opposite ear to even hear the person on the other end of the line, and then it sounded like CRAP.  Talk about awful service.  My house is apparently in the best covered area on their map and still my calls were dropped.  I NEVER had that happen with Nextel.  sure I dropped my nextel phone 1 too many times and the battery came loose from time to time turning the phone completely off but that just means I need a new phone right?
So naturally I go to take this phone back and I have everything all packed up in the box and I tell the guy at the kiosk that I’d like to return the phone since it’s been less than 14 days and I don’t have to pay for the thing.  Then the idiot starts arguing that it’s not the service that’s bad, that it’s my particular phone.  Which is a load of crap.  dropped calls means that its bad service.  calls cutting in and out means bad service.  I had full bars on my signal and I know it wasn’t that, and the phone was brand new right out of the box.  there wasn’t a thing wrong with it.  of course there wasn’t a thing right with it either.  I tell him that I’m completely unhappy with the phone and he keeps saying that I should trade the phone in for a new one and keep ARGuing with me that it’s my phone that’s broken, when the phone is factory fresh and stock.  I say "NO I want to cancel my SERVICE because I’m very unhappy with it" and I tried so hard to avoid being an asshole to this guy who was only trying to help and he finally says "ok well all you have to do is call T-mobile and cancel your account and then you can go to Nextel and get your phone number back."
That was a lie.  I went to the Sprint Nextel store and tried to get my old phone reactivated with my old number and that didn’t work, so I tried to get a new account and port my old number back over from T-mobile which also didn’t work and it was then that I found out from both dudes at the Nextel store that the chump-face motherfucker at the T-mobile store hosed me because he didn’t like me and made me cancel my account at T-mobile BEFORE I transfered the number back to Nextel, so the unused number went into T-mobile’s unused number pool and NOT into Nextel’s.  so not only did I have to get a new phone (they were out of the cheap ones so I had to get an expensive one) and not only did I breach my contract with Nextel, but I had to get a new phone number as well.  Any of my friends who use T-mobile will reveive my unfiltered ire and contempt until they change their evil ways.  I mean that.
