Well… I guess the fact that we got a new cat says all that needs to be said about where Shinobi and Katinka are.  Lost like so many of our other cats.  Our new cat is alright.  His name is Orion and he’s 5 years old.  Some guy was giving him away because he wanted Orion to have a better home.  Orion doesn’t like Chui.  All he does is growl and hiss at Chui and take swipes at the little guy.  I always thought everyone liked Chui but maybe not.  Chui is still my baby boy though.  It makes my entire chest cavity constrict to think about Shinobi and Katinka.  I’d hate to think what would have happened if I had known them as long as I knew Foo Foo.  If everything is connected does that mean two parts of me died?  Its kind of strange… it just doesn’t feel the same as it used to when all three cats would pile on top of you trying to be on top of the pile.  Part of it is missing.  Chui is trying to be friendly to Orion but he can’t be.  Not yet.  He wants new friends but Orion is kinda being a bitch to him.  It makes me worried about Chui… I got a new CD Friday night.  The info my computer pulled off the internet says its a bluegrass CD, but that’s not what they sound like.  Well… ok like 1 song sounds bluegrass.  And apparently they used to do all bluegrass or something but they’re an awesome band.  They’re called Nickle Creek.  You should check them out.  I heard one song on the radio by them and I knew I’d end up buying their CD.  They have a girl and a guy singer.  They write stuff that doesn’t sound like stuff I’ve heard before which is one of the reasons I like them.  Blur is like that too and they’re one of my all time favorite bands.  I guess I don’t have much else to say… bye
