Maine and the beach

Today is going to be a very long day. I have work from about 10AM-11PM (lunch and dinner shifts). Then I am driving home and mom and I are leaving to drive up to Maine for vacation. Her husband’s family has a cabin up there. While I love Maine, I have managed to avoid going up with them the past two years. This year, though, mom really wanted me to come with them. So…one week with mom’s husband…yay.

I insisted on driving my car up as well so I could fake a work emergency if absolutely necessary.

I am leaving on Friday to go meet my boyfriend and a bunch of his friends for a long weeked at the Delaware beaches.
