ugh ick
So eating mostly vegetarian has been great. It is great! Eating so healthily has made me feel great.
However, I have to be so incredibly careful about how much fatty or sugary foods I eat now. Which sucks. I ordered a grilled cheese and waffle fries when my shift ended tonight. And now I feel so incredibly sick to my stomach. My body just can’t handle the grease anymore.
Which I guess is good since my self discipline when it comes to sweets and bad for you foods isn’t that great. This kinda forces me to stick to eating healthy. But I would still like to be able to splurge once in a while. Come on! It was grilled cheese with basil and tomato! Oh the yumminess!
And oh how my body is punishing me now!
Which isn’t good cause I have been borderline bulimic for years and feeling sick to my stomach like this everytime I eat anything greasy or sweet only increases my urge to purge.
Blech. I am off to drink some peppermint tea to make my tummy feel better.
yay veggies! I’d introduce all of the healthy foods slowly or you probably won’t stick to it. at least, not if you’re anything like me. I hope the tea helps!

I’m practically a carnivore, if there was a way a person could eat only meat, I would. I know it’d be terrible for you, but still, it’s what I enjoy, hehe.
