SO FRUSTRATED, DEPRESSED ETC.
I am so upset.
It’s over stupid things but important to me.
First thing this morning my friend called to say that we don’t have enough people to play cards tomorrow. I was counting on a regular game. Some women decided to go play somewhere else with no consideration for the rest of us. Why do women act like that?
One of my very old friends ended up in the hospital. He was going downhill all winter.
Then this afternoon at my Mah Jongg game one of the women was very nasty towards another. What about patience? I was so upset I almost got up and left.
I am so depressed! I don’t know how I can spend my days. I have plenty of hobbies to keep me busy but staying home all day is not good for me. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Maybe it’s time to see if I can volunteer somewhere.
if it is important to you it matters! I hate when little things really bothers me and people brush it off as nothing. hopefully tomorrow is a better day

Volunteering sounds like a wonderful thing for you to do. Â It will get you out and about and helping others will help put your depression off to the side. Â It will give you something new to focus on.

Gravitate towards the people you enjoy being with and who enjoy being with you. Don’t waste time on hurtful people or let them make you upset. If you like animals and find a well behaved one, pets can be very rewarding in terms of having company and activities.
