Shopping Green
Lately, I’ve been doing more and more thinking about the environment and how my actions affect it. Granted, I’m just one person, but that’s the mentality I’ve had for years and it has really been helpful to the cause. So, as global warming continues to grow and people are realizing that we are trashing the earth, it makes sense to start actually changing our actions.
This could mean several things to me; from the kind of car I drive to simply recycling. It’s also affected where I shop. I really like this store for their selection of organic clothes. They have a great selection of designers from Loomstate to Edun, and they are very fashionable.
Another site I found carries a bunch of recycled bags and accessories. Of course, I still like shopping for a good laptop case, and it’s hard for me to deny name brands like Baggalini, but I’m working on it. I’ll keep working to become a better friend to the environment, and if that means changing where I shop, then ok.
