Pour us a road…we’ll both drink and drive

So I’m definately here, and living in the most beautiful country in the world for the next four months.  Ireland is simply put the most beautiful and amazng place I’ve ever been.  I’m constantly being overwhelmed by these sudden little bursts of reality that ping in my ear "hey!  you’re really here!"  I can’t believe I’ve crossed an ocean knowing that there’s no way home until December.  It’s the longest I’ll have been away from home in my entire life without reprieve.  Even in school I’d go back once a month. 

But this place just never stops stealing my breath away.

I’ve never lived in a city before so suddenly being here in the thick of it is pretty awesome.  We walk everwhere so my feet are perpetually sore…yeesh haha, but it’s good.  We (Amanda and I) made dinner for ourselves and some friends the other night…tacos…the best, and then last night they made dinner for us…pasta with hot peppers and fresh veggies.  It was so wonderful my mouth waters just thinking about it.

Today was our first class, and by far the most amusing thing thus far.  We have a wonderful professor who has the wild red hair that so many people identify with the Irish…It really is abundant here!  And the boys…so beautiful!  And the pubs are a trip!  But I’m definately going to have to watch that because it gets awfully expensive!

Anyway, that’s about all I’ve got to say for now…going to go and try to make some literature come out of my muddled brain.  Much love, take care, see you in December!
