Surprisingly this is not a science fiction/fantasy idea…which means it’s just as unlikely to get written as all the others.

(Name) was afraid. Not of spiders, or heights, or clowns. She was afraid of losing her mind. Out there somewhere, she was quite sure, was a trigger to all her hidden psychological problems, and the more she thought about this, the more she grew to fear it.
