What will people think?

She’s testing the waters on her faith… Being more open about God and her beliefs… Talking about her past and present experiences… And getting some very funny looks… Support for her attempt on coming "out of the closet of religion" is taken up only by her husband… The only stalwart being in her everyday life… He holds her up to the world as an example of a godly wife, but he doesn’t know how cruel her inner being is… She is not perfect, but she tries so hard to portray perfection… It’s difficult for her to model herself after someone that never was… A perfect woman was never created that she knows of… Even Mary was a jealous soul when her son left her for the people who needed him…  So she plods along waiving her banner of faith… But sometimes she falters… Sometimes she stumbles… Sometimes she falls… And sometimes she hides her banner for fear of rejection…. Coward… She is scared… Always… Fearful that someone somwehere will not accept her for who she is… People tell her that she has a "great personality…" She takes that as a diss more than a compliment… "You are nice to know, but you’re not pretty enough" is what she always hears… Her friend from long ago always has had men and women swooning over her beauty… She is a jewel… Always has been… Never was too keen on God… So it falls to the girl with the nice personality to save the world… Or at least the office…
