Busy in saving my job lol

Friends, I have been away for long, I don’t get online much these days, neither I read OD so couldn’t read you either or leave any notes, sorry for that.

I have been really busy lately, talking to my colleagues, attending senior management meetings or taking conference calls discussing our company and our future lol. As I have mentioned in past also, we are not doing very well in India so future of my center/unit has been dicey.

And to make sure that I keep getting my paycheck regularly on the last day of every month, I have decided to move on. Lol don’t think I got another job, at this time, no one is willing to hire one more employee (burden) lol, I actually told me manager to give me any role (any role means literally any role) in IT, and I would be happy to do that, at least my job would be safe so the discussions are going on, have been interviewed by two guys and now someone from corporate would interview me and decide on my future, God bless me too :-).

I learnt one more thing recently, life doesn’t go as you plan it, and you go as per its plan lol. I had made lots of plan for this year-end, few were really good and great for me but see, I am in a situation where I have to save my job on the top most priority, how can I think of something else in such a tough situation. Seems things will have to wait for some more time now, I just hope not very long!

There’s an old saying “life is what happens while you’re busy making plans”. It rings true on so many occasions. Good luck with your discussions, no doubt they would want to keep a good employee in any capacity.

Hey, love. I did not forget you. Just been quite preoccupied with life and getting everything sorted out and covered. Kind of like what you are doing right now with your job. I’m still unclear about why you’re looking for a new one. Anyway, you will be fine just remember to really think about what you want! Remember: what you think about, happens!! 🙂 You know this. Besides,it sounds like you have a marvelous family+friends group that would be willing to help you out and each other, if need be. Don’t worry and stress out. I know you’re good at all that logical stuff so I know you can take care of that end but make sure not to get too far into your head and fear. I’ll be praying for you, love.
