Am I wrong…or…
Is it ethical to keep a person who is obviously suffering, alive on medications and experimental treatments because it makes the people around them feel better?
Because I think it’s wrong.

I akgree with ya there. Thinking otherwise would be extremely irrational. Makes you wonder why they can do it to dogs, but not people. Yeah, sure, people can think. But it’s the same pain. And by now, they want to die. I would consider keeping someone alive like that, not only selfish, but cruel and unusual punishment.

My sisters friend went through the same thing. Her parents kept her alive as long as possible because they didn’t want to let go. Even though their daughter was miserable all the time.
