Bad Customer Service

Thanks for all the well-wishes  My ankle is better now. Getting better by the day in fact. Now, it’s just a little swollen by the side and feels tight so I cant rotate it yet.

I sent a feedback via the LTA website to inform them about the 2 small holes on the road and narrated the whole incident to them. It had since been a week and nobody got back to me. I found it ridiculous coz I expected them to give a reply.Oh come on, isnt that what customer service is supposed to be all about? So I sent them a complaint last evening and complained about their slow slow response. This morning, I received an email from them. A VERY SHORT email:

Dear Ms Star_dust

Jurong Town Hall Road opp German Centre – there is 2 small
round holes in front of the bus stop.
FEEDBACK NUMBER: 542665

Thank you for your email of 03/12/2007.

We are sorry to hear about your bad experience. We have since patched up
the holes.

 Not exactly pleased with the email. Oh, you are sorry to hear about my bad experience? That’s all? Gosh. Bad customer service! I dont expect them to compensate me but…. well….. *boils*

Ok, let’s talk abt some happier things now. It’s the year end now and I’m not in the mood to work. I’m looking very forward to next week. Thursday is a public holiday, Friday I’m on leave, then weekend, then Christmas eve is half day for our office and then is Christmas Day! After that, I’ll return to office to work for another 3 days and then it’s the weekend once again! And I dont have to go back to work on 31 Dec becoz it is a non-working day again for us and 1st Jan is another public holiday! WooHooo!!
