+Lent

Just a quick update.  I’m going to be away from the ‘Net for Lent this year, and don’t want my account deleted in the meantime.

I’ve really been struggling with the SOLT application, but that seems to be clearing up.  The Gospel from last week about forgiving one’s enemies really hit me hard when I realized that my worst enemy is myself.  So I’ve been praying about forgiving myself, and it seems to help.  Please do keep praying for me, though – the same sort of issue seems to be going on with it that went on with the Dominican autobiography some years back.

I saw a one-man presentation of the Passion last night that was… awe-inspiring.  It has really called me to look deeply into my life and how I need, by the grace of God, to change.

I’m suffering labor pains over a couple of my students right now, as St. Paul would say. 🙂

Asking myself some hard questions about the People of Praise.  They’ve been very good to me and for me, but there’s some issues I don’t know that I can accept much longer.  If I do regretfully decide that I must leave… it’ll be very hard.
