i get it now

When my sister and her boyfriend told me they were having a baby, i was happy to be having a niece. But even so i thought they were stupid. Aside from the fact that neither of them was going to college, they’d only been dating for about two months.

but now i get it. my new boyfriend…. his name is randy. we’ve only been dating for about a week–only known each other for two or three weeks. and yet… we’re already talking about having kids… already talking about getting married and starting a bar and restaurant together. Unlike my sister i do still intend to wait for those things.
