peanut butter eggs

Okay, seriously? Easter is the best time of year if only for the marvellous little treats known as Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs Peanut butter cups, or even the lesser-known Peanut Butter Hearts around valentine’s day never have that much creamy peanut buttery goodness in them. Much love to the peanut butter, w00t.

I got stuff in the mail today about my housing in ny. I am moving in on March 28th. EEP! I’m soooooooo f*ing excited. My roommate’s name is Kaitlin, and they gave me her email addy so I could contact her if I wanted to. I wonder if I should be the uber over-excited hyper roommate and email her first. oooh or maybe I should search to see if she has a myspace and be all stalkerish and stuff 0.o hahaha.

*breathes*

It’s funny how going back to a place you left can remind you of why exactly you left in the first place. Please remind me of this if I EVER AGAIN suggest going back to Redner’s. it sucks.

We had no power for about 2 hours this morning. Still don’t know what happened, but according to the power company when we called, there were about 2000 people in our area without power. Unfortunately that included McDonald’s. Now those of you who know me, know that I do not eat fast food. But sometimes you just crave a big mac, y’know? I had wanted one last night after work, but they were closed by the time I got off. power being out meant I couldn’t cook anything for lunch, so we decided on McD’s. Except they had no power. Luckily, Subway runs their own generator apparently. So we went to Subway. Yay.

Laurren and I then went and got full manicures and pedicures at the salon in the wal*mart, and proceeded to f* up our nailpolish as soon as we got up to go shopping. Obviously we don’t do this much. I’ve only ever had a manicure once before, and Laurren said the same. ah well, at least my hands and feet are soft and my cuticles are clean.

I attempted to call Student Employment at hopkins to find out about my W-2, and the woman who answered the phone I don’t think knew what I was talking about. She told me to call back later. I also tried to call Xando’s about my W-2 for there, but the manager was out, and they didn’t know when she’d be back. I’ll try again tomorrow I guess.

I should clean my room.
