What are we gonna do tonight, Brain? *edit*

“Same thing we do every night Pinky… try to TAKE OVER THE WORLD”

I almost just poked my own eye. I just felt the need to mention that.

Wow, I am in an uber-weird mood. Do you think the drugs have anything to do with it? (relax, I’m referring to ibuprofen and penicillin. don’t get your shorts in a bunch)
Or maybe its the fact that the time I woke up this morning is consistent with the time I wake up for a 9am class. But I don’t have any classes today. (hooray for permanent 3-day weekends). But I met with my “study consultant” in the library at 9am. bahhh does he even realize how early 9am is?? Oh well, he’s nice… and he double majored in econ and spanish for his undergrad which is…. kinda what I wanted to do? Scary much? But they do try to line up study consultants and consultees by major, so that makes sense. Although the spanish thing, I’m sure is a pure fluke, because I haven’t declared that… or as far as my advisor’s concerned, even expressed any kind of an interest in it. But anyway.

So this Open Diary Plus thing… lets me organize my entries into chapters. !! That’s kind of exciting. I’ve thought before, in passing, “Wow this would be so much easier if I had OD+, then I could organize stuff,” but now that I actually have that option, I have no idea how I want to organize it! Do I go by subject? (ie, school, love life, work, pets, family, etc.) Or should I go by entry type? (stream of conciousness, sillyness, theories, poems, surveys, song lyrics) Or would it be easier to go by timeframe/point in my life? (senior year, freshman year, the semester off, present–although not quite that cut-and-dry and/or simply 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006). Or maybe some combination, whereby anything not within the past year is grouped by timeframe, and then things within the past year are grouped by subject and/or entry type. And then, of course, there’s deciding whether I mean “past year” as in everything in the 12 months prior to today’s date (in which case things would have to be moved on a regular basis), or just everything in the present calendar year, of 2006. So many options! It almost requires going back and re-reading everything, which I’m sure you noticed (or maybe you didn’t) I took off it’s private status earlier this week. I decided I really didn’t like my entries all being “hidden” as it were. So voila! out in the open they are again.

Anywho, that’s all for now, I suppose.

*edit*:
Okay, so i decided to do the chapters in a sort of chronological sense… I’m still deciding how much I like it, and whether or not some of the chapters should overlap at the transitions (which they kind of should, I think). I do like the titles though, at least if I decide to keep it this way. But anyway… that is all.

Touche. 6hrs round-trip daily is not cool.

I misread the title and thought you were making a pass at me… oO

Fair enough . . . 0:)

You’re the dom, I figured I’d leave that up to you 😉

You know, if I would’ve gotten OD Plus, I suspect I’d be going through the same conundrum. Robert

O.o 9 am is really really early. I hate it when I have to get up earlier than noon on the weekends!
