people are nuts! (including myself)

Ever since I first found out that Fall Out Boy and the All-American Rejects were playing at the Tweeter center in perfect timing for my spring break, I’ve wanted to go. Unfortunately, for some reason, by the time I heard about the concert, it was sold out. So for the last couple of weeks I’ve been browsing ebay on and off. But because of the price inflation that comes with re-selling tickets, I didn’t really have enough money to get tickets.
But an amazing turn of events happened. Yesterday, Fall Out boy added another day to the show! And tickets were scheduled to go on sale at 10:00 this morning. So of course, like a good little child who wants tickets very very badly, I woke up at 9:45 so that I could load ticketmaster’s site and be ready to buy them by 10am when they went on sale. At the absolute latest, it was 10:02am when I clicked the “find tickets” button. And yet, even so, the BEST tickets that could be found were second level. The pit and level one were already gone. I could not believe it. How many nutzoid people got up that early just to buy tickets? I wonder if there were people camped out in front of ticket offices until they opened…
And I just checked again, and the show is now sold out.
But. I. Have. Tickets. 😀

And these are the lives you’d love to lead
Dance, this is the way they’d love
If they knew how misery loved me

hell yeah, ‘gratz

Most of the pest tickets are bought in bulk by various groups (like music stations, businesses, ect. before they even go on sale to the public. It sucks. But yey you! I hope you have a blast! Robert
