God Bless The Inventor Of Microfibre

One more day this Melbourne! I’m so looking forward to this holiday. I don’t want to seem selfish or anything – but damn it – I deserve it. We fly down tomorrow night and return Monday evening. I’m also looking forward to seeing Bren

Again continues another day of interviews. Of which I’m not looking forward to, as much as I like my job, I don’t get paid enough to deal with dickheads. It’s quite apparent that someone on paper ISN’T someone in person but you get the occasional person who really ISN’T the person that you thought they were. I might have to start including pre-selection processes like phone interviews, that way I can weed out the morons before they present themselves to me.

On the other hand I interviewed a guy yesterday, who – was über pretty and he smelt über pretty. His bum looked good in microfibre pants too…. God bless the inventor of microfibre (and the cute bois that wear it)… he-he. Hey I can look – and smell. Needless to say he got the job… screw education baby, I have a dick!

My mother has put Jay and I on call for the next 3 weeks for my sister. This is because my father is going into hospital tomorrow for major spinal surgery – he has some sort of arthritis that eats away the discs between the vertebra, so he is going into have a couple of them fused, which mean that he will be in hospital for the next 4-8 weeks, and my mother doesn’t drive at night (she is old and blind!). So that only leaves me and Jay who can help if she decides she wants to pop it out during the night. I’ve told her I’m not here for the next week or so.

My pay rise has finally gone through, not the amount that I wanted, but better than nothing. Now I have to wait another three months for another one

I guess I’ll have more to write about when I get back

hope you have a good trip… and that your dad’s surgery goes well!

You know, some microfibres can be as thin as a nanometre thick. For perspective, a human hair is about 100,000 nanometres thick.

Why don’t you get paid for another 3 months??? That is CRAZY! Have fun in Melbourne! And remeber, wear a CONDOM!

RYN my favorite subject of all: Liberal supporters. Don’t get me started on Howard cause I just don’t stop. Besides, I’m sure listening to Howard is much easier for those who actually believe his lies. The IR changes mean cash-strapped workers will cash in their working rights (emphasis on RIGHTS) for a few extra dollars. And they receive only $4000 for court IF eligible. How is this a good thing?

I am so thankful for my union and the support they give every worker. Howard’s eye is on making big business richer and selling jobs to the lowest bidder… See, told ya not to get me started. I hate Howard, the dude’s gotta go. Apart from that, have fun when in Melbourne. I’ll just apologize in advance for our weather. Catch ya later 🙂
