No More Drama
Dancing DJ’s vs. Roxette – Fading like a Flower. Every time I hear a good big house anthem I start to dribble, and this is worthy of my dribble, its goes off baby! This isn’t an OCD compulsion, like me having to park on the pink level of a multi story car park; this is an obsession worth having: music.
I took yesterday off work, so Jay and I could spend it together; we went shopping and as per usual spent too much money. We wasted an hour in the Perfume Connection, trying on Versace Cologne, he ended up getting “The Dreamer” which I dislike, I was more fond of “Black Jeans” but his money his decision, I stuck with my favourite of favourites: Karl Lagerfeld “Photo”. We bought some more clothes, then had lunch with Kat, she is doing well, Super darling call her. She has found herself a new fcuk buddy – interestingly enough is where the two of them have sex – sad – jealous.
I also bought a new pair of shoes… shock horror! I have had the same pair for god knows how long (their comfortable alright!) after much indecision and throwing of merchandise (I was more upset at the price), the sales boi was more than happy to get rid of me!
Jay moves in today…. I cleared out some cupboard space last night and the tall boy now has two empty draws, its going to be good. I know it is.
“It doesn’t matter much to me, let me take you down, ‘cause I’m going to strawberry fields, nothing is real, and there’s nothing to hung about – strawberry fields forever.”
Work: I am in the process of finding a message services (call overflow, outside business hours etc, etc). The issue that I am having, from the three quotes is – they are all offering the same service, but the prices are remarkably different, ranging from $65 a month to $200 a month, some inclusive of calls some not, some with 1800 numbers etc. My brain isn’t handling it, I don’t like feeling frazzled. I’ll talk it over with the RM today at some point.
Another shock movie worth watching is “Mysterious Skin” I have to say it is up there with “Sugar”, totally revolting, and shocking in parts but worth seeing. It follows the life path of two guys who are molested in their childhood, and the two different paths they take, and where they end up. As I said it’s pretty graphic in parts and makes your stomach churn, but interesting none the less.
