Today will be the day

Today will be the day that I start work on my ’09 NaNo novel again.  I’m meeting Lil Meg after work at Starbucks for coffee and some serious writing.  I ♥ Lil Meg for so many reasons, but near the top of the list is the fact that she’s the other hard core writer in our group of writers.  Zaelyna is too, and I’ll be adding her to the cast list today as well.

I’ve come to terms, after an enlightening conversation with Pip on becoming an expert at something, that writing is another thing that I tend to get in my own way with.  I can do this, I just need to do it.  I’ve decided that I’m going to create a fantasy world ‘coffee shop’ and have my novel begin there.  (I know, I know, I would!  lol! )  Maybe Orsen’s parents will own it.  Or his aunt and uncle…hmm, that’s even better.  That way the place he finds out about his lost love will be on family property….yep, that whole idea just took shape in my head, I know it’s rambly here but it should make sense in a few chapters.

Parties this weekend went well, not a high $ amount but I booked 3 more parties from them!  I can’t wait to do my next party on Saturday, that one looks like it’s going to be a LOT of fun!  Has the potential to be a huge $ amount too! 

Well, Mayita is squawking, so I’m going to go get her out of bed.  She’s a late sleeper today!
