This is not a war…

This is not a war,
there are no sides to be picked in this,
no blood need be shed on this ground,
this is a temple and as such should be respected,
there is no good or evil in this story,
there is no path to destruction or road to glory.

This is not a war,
we are not pawns of those who wish to play this game,
you are not being put on trial here,
no judge, jury, or executioner will be needed when this ends,
the pain is but a simple illusion that reminds you "you are alive"
do not ignore it and have it grow,
but dont just brush it off as if tho it was only a show.

This is not a war,
right and wrong are the yin and yang of this idea,
one cannot be correct without its opponent being wrong,
you should not place judge based on what you know,
because in the end you will find you know nothing at all.

This is not a war,
so stop hurting yourself at every turn,
stop trying to pick a side you yearn,
and stick to the ideal that you have learned,
because there is no opposition to your soul,
only your life teaching you how to grow.
