just a vent.. back later to catch up!

there’s been a lot of tension and drama at work over the past couple of months and it’s driving me crazy!! i seriously feel like i’m internalizing it so much that it’s the cause of the headaches that have been appearing and disappearing over the weeks. last night, ___ even broke down and cried — noone makes — cry!!!!  it is with much thought and debate that i’ve decided to say something to one of the drama-queens. i know that this will probably only fuel her fire but for me, it will be the last words on the topic before i completely ignore all of the foolishness. and since i know they’ll be spread around, i want to say something neutral and professional (even though it’ll have an undertone).

either tonight or tomorrow night, i’ll go into work, approach said queen and say something along these lines:

"i just wanted to clarify that you weren’t invited to the st. patty’s day thing because it was arranged by ___ and why would you expect her to invite you after you said she wasn’t welcome at the party last month? i know it’s nice to be asked, but you’re being kind of hypocritical considering you didn’t ask any of us to see dear john or alice in wonderland with you…

in the future, if you ‘re thinking about starting drama you should probably keep it outside of work. kirsty had to check her baggage at the door so you should have to, also. it’s unfair to the rest of the staff for you to be acting so unprofessionally around them. and it’s inappropriate."

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!

i’m scared out of my mind.. but this has just gone too far. ugh. i’ll let it out later, but now i have pool. peace!!

Either this is opening up a brand new headache or will finally make her realize she is being hypocritical and may resolve the issue. Get her in a kimura if a fight breaks out 😉
