Crazy Past Few Weeks

So much has happened in the last few weeks, its crazy. My sister joined facebook and found our cousin who we haven’t spoken to in 20 years. I won’t go into all of the details of that…but it was not like my sister and I didn’t want to talk to him. Long story. Anyway, we have reconnected and have all been talking (the cousins so far). So he’s going to talk to my parents soon, I hope and go from there. It’s just crazy. I mean, this is my relative and we know nothing about each other. My cousins on my mom’s side, and even my 14 year old cousin know a lot about me and vice versa. But not him. Its all really weird. but its exciting to get to know him again and start a new family relationship.

Also, I talked ot my best friend from high school. We haven’t talked in 10 years. She all of this horrible drama going on in her life and chose to vent it out to me. So hopefully she wants to reconnect and her pouring her heart out wasn’t just because she needed an ubiased person to talk to. We’ll see. But it was a lot all at once. On top of that, people at my boyfriends job keep getting laid off so we’re freaking (well I am) out a little bit. We’d be bankrupt if he lost his job! The two incomes are essential for us. But we’ll see what happens, We think he’s pretty secure actually so hopefully thats the case.

Anyway, I needed to vent and haven’t written in a long time.
