What’s really bothering me…

What’s really bothering me at work is the fact that I know that I could run the whole damn place ten times better than my boss does and actually make it turn a profit…yet she treats me like an expendable and worthless employee…even though she knows i’m the best worker she has…my mother’s theory is that it’s because she knows I could do things better than her…its just frustrating…
