Me, the vampire…?

What does a vampire do? It feeds off of people to keep itself alive…so I was wondering, is that what I do? Do I feed off of peoples’ weaknesses, anger and their hostility towards me? Is that what keeps me going? If my life were fine and dandy with no setbacks and I got along with everyone, would I even be able to cope…? or would I have to find something new to feed off of…some new vulnerability to keep me alive…?
