Yeah, I suck. I know. Get off it.

I realize that the two of you who actually read my diary have desperately missed my food entry for this month, but I’ve been really busy.  So, in honor of sucking, I will not do one this month.  You know, since it’s already half over.  But I will make it up to you.  No, I will not do a Thanksgiving food entry.  That is both prosaic and cliche.

I’m going to do an "Entertaining for Dummies" double-entry.  You’ll see what I mean.  But I figure, it’ll come in handy with the holidays creeping up right around the corner.

But for now, quick bulleted recap:

• LEAP conference Thursday, November 3.  Was in charge of making it happen.  Many administrators loved it and told me so.  Felt accomplished and proud.
• Met with professor to hash out the goods and bads of the conference and pre-plan for next semester’s conference.
• Made deposits and filled out charts, etc. of monies for students going to Ghana, Africa for student teaching.
• Had a meeting with Dean of College of Ed that sparked the last entry.
• Worked a luncheon where I served and ate some seriously good food.
• Spent the weekend shopping and taking care of small children at a conference.
• Slept in till 2:30 today – result of aforementioned conference.  I’m not getting any younger.

And I believe that pretty much brings us up to par.
