Update

I had yet another observation today. This time the outcome was positively different. My AP unofficially notified me that it was a satisfactory lesson, WOO HOO, go me!!!

The process, i will be honest, really took it’s toll on me, but I am a better person because of it all. I hope that it is all behind me now.

I just wish people would be more constructive when they are evaluating others. Give positive feedback, then give suggestions on how to improve, work with the person. If it is a personality conflict, look at the effect the person is having on others and what bothers you about this person. I guess what I am trying to say is DON’T JUDGE… BE KIND… cause you never know.
