oh wait, what! I have to wait 3 weeks to 3 months before I find out. What kind of justice system is that?

I had the hearing. My union guy put the smack down on my principal. It was awesome. Principal wasn’t prepared- it was obvious that he has the bullying thing down, cause nobody has ever taken him through the process before.

I won- No matter the outcome, I am just happy that I stood up to him. Hopefully, this will encourage others to do the same.

I am no longer afraid. Do what you’re gonna do, cause there is always good out of bad.
