old habits die hard?

I just ate a chicken leg and a brown rice/beans stuffed pepper and now I feel like I’m gonna throw up. I need to stop eating. And I was doing good. I’m cutting back slowly all I ate yesterday was a wrap from Starbucks and that thing was so small. I need to lose weight and its not working anymore. Time for drastic measures.

You’re so lucky I’m not cutting myself though. You really are.
