just pick up the phone guys.

so this guy will that i was drunkenly blogging about on christmas eve…he’s a good guy.  really.  but he has NO phone skills.  i mean, i don’t mean that he can’t talk properly or anything…i mean that he takes hours to return calls, and well…alright.  i’m gonna go ahead and call it a cardinal rule of dating.  within the next 24 hours after sleeping with someone…you totally need to call them: you know, to make sure they didn’t die, or to see if they’re still interested in you, or to tell them it was the worst sex they’ve ever had.  you just NEED TO CALL!!! 

and no, i’m not a hypocrite.  i called him already.  i got off work early (and he was supposed to be stopping by tonight to get money from the boss) so i called him to let him know, but no answer.  although i usually leave a message i skipped it.  not to be a bitch, but just because i had nothing to say more than, "hey, i got off work early."  and at that point i didn’t know if i would be making other plans with emily or not.  BLAH!  call damnit.  this is just plain stressful.
