The Great Porterhouse Experiment

Well, the porterhouse turned out great! I think perhaps I didn’t get as good a quality of steak as I could have, but other than a bit of unexpected chewiness in a couple of spots it was very, very good. The chimney starter as broiler worked like a charm, though I didn’t manage to knock off all the ashes for the first part of the process it still turned out ok.

I’m looking for a blog entry from another site that I wrote on ten years ago regarding the attacks. If I can find it (the site is long gone but I should have a copy on my ‘puter somewhere) then I’ll post it today, and I’ll probably do a new one tomorrow.

I wonder how many diary entries (besides mine, lol) tomorrow will be titled "Where Were You When the World Stopped Turning?"
