Made it in to work today

I was told Facility Manager calmed down a bit about me being out yesterday once one of the super-grade hourlies whose husband works over here sent her some pics and she showed them to him. Would have been nice if he’s called me and told me, I could have stayed home today and not aged twenty years on the way to the main road this morning.

I only hit one ditch, and didn’t go completely in it so I’m not entirely certain that even counts.

There’s still ice and snow on the ground over here at my place, but the roads are passable now. I didn’t expect to have such a problem getting out in the snow is the first two roads I take to get to the highway are dirt and gravel, so I didn’t expect to not have traction. I guess if the snow gets deep enough there’s no traction anywhere…
