Dang it…

Well, I managed to miss a day of my antidepressant. I doubled up on my dose the next day and today, hoping to get it up to and through therapeutic levels in my blood and go ahead and get the potential panic attack out of the way so I don’t freak at work tomorrow. Either my body won’t absorb it any faster or I’ve just had a really good day and not had anything trigger an attack. Or I could be headed for a full-on freak out at work tomorrow…

Oh well, whatever happens, happens.

Going on a hiring spree the next few days. I’m trying to get twenty people hired in before Thanksgiving so I can have them for the rush from the day after Thanksgiving to the end of the year.

I don’t know why I haven’t been writing. I’ve been in a depressive episode. I only noticed it the past few days, but I think I can trace it back at least a week. That was the oldest dirty dish in the sink anyway…

At any rate I’m all tidied up now. I’ve even taken the trash away, yay me! I know, that doesn’t seem like a lot, but sometimes it’s the little things.

I’m liking V. I really liked the original, and I was worried about a re-make or, heaven help us, yet another "re-imagining". I hope they don’t drag it out forever though, this isn’t a multi-season thing. Eight or ten episodes and you can either a) wrap things up or b) set us up for another ten week run this summer. But that should be it.

I have got to get moved after the first of the year; I’m spending way too much money on this place and it’s quite literally starting to fall apart. I’m going to have to fix the faucet in my bathroom; what was a slow drip has now turned into a steady stream and since we’re on a well the landlord doesn’t really seem motivated to fix it.

Speaking of my landlord, he *finally* deposited the last check I wrote him five or six weeks ago. I’ve since switched to money orders so I don’t have to try to figure out if the checks have cleared or not and it saves me from another double month.

I did end up going to the gym with Critter last time. It was worth it. That time we did the elliptical walker thingies before we did the treadmills.

My parents are getting my two oldest nephews a PS3 for Christmas so I’m going to get them a game. I’m going to check with my sister and see if they play any RPG’s. They’ve got all kinds of sports games for the Wii and GameCube, so I might try to broaden their horizons a little. Besides, I can get a copy of Dark Kingdom for thirty or so dollars and new games run fifty-five or sixty. Yes, I’m evil… I have no idea what I’m going to get the rest of them, their are a total of five: two more nephews and a niece. Don’t ask, I don’t know. Maybe the cable was out or something. 😉

That’s all I have for now.
