It finally happened

Someone from my management training class was promoted to Senior Manager. No, it wasn’t me. It was one of my co-workers. I’m happy for him, but not even two months ago he was wanting to step down to an hourly position, and now he’s getting promoted. Maybe I should threaten to step down…
