Got a visitor! *EDIT*

I got a visitor! Yay! Ember’s in town, so we met up at the local pizza buffet for lunch. Nay was there too but couldn’t stay long.

Ember talked me into renting Twilight from the RedBox. I liked it. It was a little girly but not too much. I’ll probably get the books now. The hardcover versions. Yeah, they’re more expensive but they’ll last a lot longer and when "my body becomes the grass" then they books will still be around for my kids and grandkids. Or, more likely at the rate I’m going my niece and nephews and their kids.

Anyway, we played MarioKart Wii for a bit and then she left to go back to Atlanta.

Got a message from Critter as I was on my way to meet Ember. She told me to tell Ember "hi!" which I did. I probably should have invited her over for the movie, muffins, and MarioKart stuff. Oops…

I decided to try Twitter. Not seeing a whole lot of point in it right now, but I haven’t found anyone worth following either. This is me if for some reason you want to be up to date on the boredom that is my life.

Not much else going on right now so I’m going to fire up the TiVo and see what’s going on there.
