Totally not productive day

That about sums it up.

I went to work. Did some actual work (but not too much or they’ll expect it all the time) and came home. I even stayed an hour over so one of the new guys wouldn’t be left alone. He’s not completely new, he’s been a manager since Thanksgiving, but I didn’t have warm fuzzies about leaving him alone for an hour and the store manager, while not greatly concerned, did ask if I would stay the extra hour and I could go home an hour early tomorrow. So I did.

Promoted someone today, she just doesn’t know it yet. I’ll take care of that tomorrow.

The space in my entertainment center where my Wii is going looks lonely. It’s only three or so more weeks, it’ll be OK.

I’ve got a class at our regional training center on Monday, which totally screws my days off. I’m going to get with Nala tomorrow and see if she wants to meet up for dinner at that Mexican place she likes down where she lives. If she does then I’ll get with Ember and find out if it would be alright if I zipped up to her place afterwards and bummed her couch for the night and visited. That would be cool. I’m gonna have to MapQuest it though to get an idea of how much time all that is going to take. I might have to skip the visit with Ember and the Fuzzies and catch them on the next trip. Hmmm.

Got completely caught up on ER, but somehow it missed an episode. The one with Dr. Morgenstern. I’m not sure how since it recorded the episode the week before and the week after and it’s set to keep twenty-five episodes now so that wasn’t the problem either. Whatever. I’m sure they’ll run it a hundred more times this summer or on TNT.

Gonna check the TiVo and then head to bed.
