Wrap Up

So tired. Haven’t really been to bed yet, but I snuck in a semi-nap (I did a lot of drifting but no real sleeping) during the first part of my laundry. It’s still not done.

Came down to do lunch with Ember and fully intended to go back up and finish my laundry tonight and take down all the Christmas decorations at my parents’ place but I am SOOOO TIRED I just came home instead since it was about fifteen miles closer.

I did find my Christmas BD’s waiting for me at my parents’ place though. I always have my Amazon stuff shipped up there because it takes a really frightful thunderstorm to get anything on the front porch wet, and when we lived in Florida my dad had stuff shipped there and left it on the porch for months at a time and no one ever bothered it, so it’s safer there than here.

Critter is planning on getting a PS/3 with her income tax money. I’ll have to remind her to get her car’s A/C fixed first, but she should be getting back a boatload of money this year since a) she sets her deductions at "Single – No Dependents" so she pays in too much anyway, and b) she’s claiming all three of the kids this year (instead of only D & B) since the dads are so far behind on child support. Hell, I’ve seen the kids almost as much as their dads have this year, maybe I should claim one of them…

I wasn’t paying attention this year and when it came time to change my deductions so I wouldn’t overpay too much I forgot, so I may be getting a couple of hundred back, in contrast with my normal twenty to thirty. I’m considering buying a Wii. Critter’s getting DSL in February and I’ve offered to set up her network so her laptop and both game consoles are connected, so if I get a Wii then our Miis can play with each other! Yay! Of course that may mean my Mii gets to babysit D, B, & K’s Miis when Critter’s Mii is at work… I told you I was tired. We’ll also get to mingle with AmandaC’s Mii since somewhere along the line she bought a Wii as well. I’ll have to let Critter know my PlayStation Network ID so we can link up there as well. I’ll have to buy Mario Cart for Wii so we can have races over the Internet. That’d be cool.

Ember saw Sammie a couple of weeks back and that went well. I didn’t get to see Sammie, he never made it up here since Ember doesn’t live here anymore and Nay was out of town. No big, we really only hung out together when we were doing things together with Ember.

Gonna put Speed Racer in and fall asleep on the couch now.
