There ain’t no flies on her

My upstairs neighbor came by again yesterday. Of course I was nude when I answered the door, I just don’t wear clothes at home unless the kids are over or I’m expecting some sort of service call or delivery I have to sign for.

She was standing off to the side of the door like she’d never seen a nude guy before. She wanted to borrow some aluminum foil so she wouldn’t have to drive all the way back into town. I said sure, come on in while I get it. She hesitated, put her head down and said, "I’m gonna cover my eyes then." I told her I didn’t care if she saw me, if it bothered me I’d have covered up. Her reply was "oh, are you a nudist?" When I replied "yes" her entire demeanor changed and she looked up at me, made eye contact and started asking if I’d been to a local nudist resort. For some reason she was totally comfortable being with me completely nude once I declared myself a nudist when just seconds before she was so uncomforatble she wouldn’t even look at me. Does anyone else find that a little weird? And the eye contact/relaxation was immediate; even Ember and Sammie took a few hours to get comfortable the first time and we were friends for a while before that.

I just find it odd that after me telling her the last time she came by that I don’t wear clothes at home she didn’t put two and two together.

So we’re on five days for the rest of the month at the order of our district manager. The thing that pisses me off is my days off changed completely. I now have Tuesday/Wednesday off instead of the normal Wednesday/Thursday when we are on five days. Add to this that I’m *still* alone on  the weekends, and he’s alone on the two slowest days of the week. And he’s supposed to be better than I am. Oh, and being off on Tuesday means I have to cram all my admin work into Monday night instead of concentrating on getting the store set up for the rest of the week like I’m supposed to. And no, I can’t pass it off to him because I can’t trust him to get it done properly.

I really need to get my IT certifications completed and try to find a clothing-optional community that needs a computer tech. That would be cool.
