The Cat Who
OK, finished the book. The whole thing seems a bit odd to me. The cat finally made an appearance though. I’m trying to figure the logc of naming the entire book about a throw-away character that is only mentioned a few times in the last third of the book.
It kind of reminds me of the movie There’s a Zebra in the Kitchen. I doubt anyone cares but there are (technically) spoilers ahead,
The movie centers around a boy trying to get the animals at the zoo out of their cages, which he finally does, though I can’t remember how. However, the whole Zebra in hte kitchen thing took up about thirty seconds of screen time towards the very end of the movie, and the movie was an hour and a half long. I always thought the title of a movie or book should reflect one of the main themes of the movie or book, but for some reason not in these two instances.
I’ll have to read the book again to see if there was some sort of relevance to the cat I missed. Gonna skip re-watching the movie though.
Dodgy band members???? Puh-leeeze! All the saxaphone players I knew were as tame as kittens. As I recall it took a certain minx to even get a purrrrrrr out of them!!!! ~LanaJ
