Still here…

Still here, just been busy.

It’s warmed up considerably: the high was 70 today. It’s really weird. The pond at the bottom of the hill finally thawed. The ice never got thick enough to skate on by any means, but it looked thick enough in spots to support a squirrel or chipmunk or something like that. That’s pretty thick for around here. And it didn’t melt until today even though highs have been above freezing for two days at least.

I’ve got the week off, I might actually be able to finish moving now. YAY!

Saw Critter today, she said she’s been wanting to talk. I told her I hadn’t changed my number, she knows where I live, all that stuff. I think it’s just normal friend stuff, we’ve always been good at that even before we started dating. She’s coming over Friday to borrow the Internet and talk. The sooner she gets her taxes back the sooner she can move out of the baby daddy’s trailer and get out on her own. I’m sure that will make her and her new boyfriend very happy. She has to bring K. with her, and she wanted to know if that was ok. I said of course it was. Good grief, she should know by now I like her kids.

Haven’t seen Ember since the movie. She was out of town this weekend, but maybe we can get together later this week.

That’s all I’ve got for now. I’m watching Men of Honor again and then I’m going to put in Resident Evil:Extinction
