Crazy Crazy Crazy

Went out with Ember, Meg, Nay, Ember’s new not-the-boyfriend and someone else last night. Rah-Rah was supposed to come too but she didn’t because she had to feed her dogs. I’m sure the dogs got fed but I don’t know if that was the real reason she didn’t go. I even called her a poopy head for not coming and offered to buy her ticket but she still wouldn’t come.

We saw Sweeny Todd, which is without a doubt the most violent movie I’ve seen in a long time. Somehow I got the impression that it was an adaptation of a Charles Dickens novel and was more than a little surprised it was a musical. That makes only the third non-Disney musical I’ve ever seen and it’s almost put me off them altogether.

Anyway, due to a cascade of wrong assumptions on my part I didn’t get back home until 0100 this morning, and had to be at work at 0700. I fell right to sleep but didn’t wake up until 0700. Yep, late for work. I managed to get there before my boss did though and I stayed late out of guilt so I got my time in and didn’t get yelled at. Yay me!

AmandaS may be coming over in a bit, but I’m starting to fade fast so I don’t know if I ‘ll be much of a host. I even ate a bit of chocolate and still didn’t get any boost out of it.

Got enough canned goods now to last nine days on full rations, eighteen if I stretch it, and I buy a little more each week. Of course this will guarantee that we won’t get any snow at all this year….

That’s it, I’m done. Gonna go to bed. I gotta be at work at 0800.
