Hell on wheels

I pretty much don’t care what people think of me, its about them really, and I don’t need to fill my head with stuff that’s not necessary

I know I carry a big presense…its hard not to when you’re as tall and big as I am

So yeah, when I do something out of the ordinary, like walk into a Sports Authority in a long flowing skirt, and try on derby skates, you kinda get my point

They fit nice and I could be seen skating between the shoe sections trying them out

Its amazing how that stuff comes right back to you too…I haven’t been on skates in I don’t know how long and well, felt pretty damn cool (I say that now, I have a 3 hour practice on Wednesday…ooof)

I came thisclose to buying this pair of skates, but I want to do my due diligence first.  There is just a huge variety of styles and types that I don’t want to spend a lot of money on them until I am sure its the right fit/wheel, etc.

I did buy a helmet and a mouth guard and some tube socks

The hunt is on for some wrist, knee and elbow guards

You might want to check out the thrift stores for skates. I got a great set of inline skates, and all the paddings for under $7.00 if I remember right.
