Am I really writing back to back entries? Go me!

Ahhhh, the Coldplay concert was AMMMAAAAzzzIINNG. Wow. We went to Freebird’s to get burritos, then found a free close parking lot and had some drinks and listened to some music. We went in when the warm-up band was finished playing. Coldplay wasn’t dreary at all. Chris Martin was literally all over the place. The stage was built with several ramps that branched off into the crowd. I was insanely jealous of the people who were right by him when he was dancing and running and hopping all over the ramps. They played pretty much all of their hits from their old albums, then went into the crowd and performed The Scientist (one of my favorites) in plain ‘ol acoustic. Awesome. He also played Fix You on the piano and it was just gorgeous. He is so good live. THEY are all so good live. They then played a few songs off their Viva La Vida album, then finally went on to save Yellow for the very end. Matt really enjoyed it as well. We got home around 11:30 and I fell into bed. Woke up with a crazy headache and the need to do a lot of heavy breathing b/c I thought I was going to yak!

Feeling fine now that I’ve doused myself in water. Ah, it was worth it though.
