Out of My Hands

Well, the temperature has spiked now meaning that I have already ovulated (hopefully everything is working right in there now), so now the waiting begins.  It’s all out of my hands and into God’s.  These next two weeks are always the toughest, especially if it ends in a period.  I will continue to pray, though, that I have the strength to accept whatever is meant to be for us at this time.

If this month doesn’t work, I am going to request that my doctor send me on to have them check to make sure my tubes aren’t blocked.  He didn’t want to put me through that if he didn’t have to because he really thought the problem was the PCOS and my hormone levels.  I know that a lot of times PCOS causes minor blockage in tubes, so we’ll see what happens this month and go from there.  I hope and pray that this is my month so I don’t have to do any other testing, but that decision ultimately is not mine.

This morning I woke up very disappointed.  We are in a blowing snow advisory, so I was hoping it would be blowing so bad this morning that it simply wouldn’t be safe to have school.  Darn!  I got up and the snow hasn’t even started yet.  I guess the timing won’t be right to have a snow day today.  I could really use one — my house could really  use a day with me at home to clean!!

Well, I best be off to get ready for work.  I hope you are all having a great week.  It’s half way over now!!  Yay!
