Actress* with edit

DJ was born to be an actress…

From an early age, she was able to act complete scenes from the Disney movies that she watched.  As she grew older she could recite the entire monologe if you would sit long enough.  She has a nice voice, and has been taking singing lessons for two years.

On Sunday she auditioned for a role in "Beauty and the Beast" with the summer theatre group.  The director, said he would definitely be calling her.  She is soooooooooooooooo excited.  It will be a long week for her, waiting for the casting list to be posted.

I am sure she will love every minute of the rehearsals, the actors and the performance.  She is at her happiest when she is performing.

The girls (and MR M) had their suprise party for me.  I was on to them, but let them believe I was suprised at least a little bit.  It is really hard to completely fool mom!

We had a meeting regarding the fish hatchery on Saturday…I see it like this.  The state has a new multi-million dollar hatchery they didn’t want, but it’s here, and they will figure out a way to make it work.  There is no way they will let it go idle.  There is a new state hatchery director and he’s either a really good politician or a good guy, or somewhere in between.  He wants to make it the best in the state.
