Update
The diet has been going VERY well. Both Ben and I have slimmed down quite noticably, and I feel like I have more energy. I went back to my biological analysis lady and she said my blood is looking excellent and quite healthy and that I’m doing a really good job.
Every once in a while I "cheat" a little. Moderation is key. At Christmas I had a bite here and there of a few things that weren’t in my regular diet. It’s nice that I don’t feel I need to gorge myself anymore.
I’ve tried new recipes; some have worked and some haven’t.
If you are interested I will continue to post them here with my thoughts on them. It may even be good to do it for my own benefit.
I’m trying now to get a bit more serious about adding exercise into my daily routine, and see how that will effect me more yet. I would like to tone up a bit, and add some weights to my routine. I wonder how effective ankle weights may be on my daily walks, and if that is something I’d like to try.
