Thank You

Thank you to all that replied and posted notes on my diary.  I truly appreciate each and every one of you, even though I don’t know you on a personal basis.  Someday I would love to meet each of you and tell you to your face how much I appreciate all of you.

As for the mobile home……I contacted the real estate agent and told her that there was no way that I could afford the home.  Plus, I don’t have too many offers that even come close to the price I need for my little home.  So I thanked her for giving me the tour and trying to help me sell mine, and then started praying about another home.

At 4:30am on Friday morning, I got up to let the dog out and to check the internet because I had a dream about a mobile home dealer.  (yup~~~this is weird)  The name of a dealer is on a home across the street from my home.  So I typed in the name and the dealer popped up in Wisconsin Dells.  (that’s 2 hrs. from me)  I looked at their used homes on the site and found one in my price range.  Sent an email to the dealer and this was his reply:

        Attached you will find some photos of the 95 Liberty 14×72 2 bed 2 bath. One bed and bath in the front of the home, with the master bed and master bath in the rear of the home. The home has fresh paint and carpet with laminate flooring in the kitchen, dine, and utility room. It does not have a fridge. The cost for this home is $27,800.00. This will include blocking, set of the home on the blocking, skirting installed, delivery to the site. Then less your trade. I will give you $6000. for your home.  If you have stove and fridge to put in, you may keep your set. 

I contacted him and said that the home is right in the price range I need.  After he takes off the $6000. for my home that puts me right where I need to be.  They will also take my little home with them.  Yes, it’s not as fancy as the other home.  But God reminded me that it’s not about fancy.  It’s about mom.  I’m the plain Jane.  This layout is perfect for mom and I, and I don’t have to try and figure out what to do with our furniture. 

I will be going to Wis. Dells on Saturday to pay the hold for the home and to sign the paperwork.  I’m going to finance thru Steenberg Homes.  So I don’t need to worry about a bank loan.

So if God wakes you up at some weird time of the night, thank Him.  Maybe He has laid something on your heart.  He did me.  And I am truly blessed.
