the usual

Been busy doing nothing, going to work, coming home, doing bills, a few household chores, got some on line shopping for Christmas done, the usual. Life seems to be running on track, with usual ups an downs, usual worries about bills. I have found I wake up worrying, that’s how I know to get up! and then I am too busy to worry… works for me….

spent a hour finding my favorite cartoon person for face book this am…. Maxine… love her…. Is is hold age that makes us sound off and not care?

not much to say here. on the weather front there is no snow on the ground in Denver area. that’s the mildest winter so far… breaking records. It was 60 degrees F the other day! never had a winter like this. love it!

work is the same, boringly the same. I really dislike the people I work with (the team, not the clients). but I can play the game, just do the work. two more years till I retire at 66 and a half. though I will prob work past that date, as I just don’t see how to retire on a thousand a month… maybe as the time gets closer…. one of those early morning worries.

or I can sell everything (give everything away, who would buy my used junk?) and move into a one bedroom something in the middle of nowhere (where rent is cheap). ok then, maybe…. but its a worry for another day. this month it is the holiday to get though.

I did find some nice audio books for Dad, as he can’t read anymore, (poor vision) history books. he’ll probably fall asleep listening to them even though he loves history.
