happy in general =D

You know what’s exciting? Finding a “random” diary of a “random” person and starting to read it on a regular basis. It’s like finding a friend and immediately having access to their… well diary. Anyway, it makes me think back to Bren, Jake, Dustin, Dustin, Erin… oh and remember confused monkey? Anyway, ODers are awesome. I’d almost forgotten.

Well… camp starts tomorrow. Yikes, I hope they don’t eat me alive… there’s nothing worse than being rejected by people younger than you… especially high school kids. I’m told to just not try very hard and act like I know what I’m doing, and what they’re doing. God it’s only been 2 years since I was in their shoes, but from this view it seems like they’re a completely different species. That’s ok, it will be fun… I’ll make it fun…

I love Chris. Have I mentioned that? 😉 I like him a lot. Whole bunches. I’m in love with Chris. =D weeeeeeeeee

I got to see Kristen today!!! We met at Borders, and I got my free large chai. (I love the frequent drink card.) We talked for quite awhile, which was really nice. Not only have we not seen each other since late May, we only saw each other for about 10 minutes then. Sooo… there was much to catch up on. I saw pictures of herself and her fellow counselors, got to see her new car, talked about her family (she will be an aunt relatively soon!), kids – how I like those things now?, and just, you know, life. And she’s decided to be in as many weddings as possible. (She thinks this will be easy because “everyone likes (her).” I laugh at this. ;P ;P ;P We also decided to be each other’s date to Kathy’s wedding, since she has no one to go with and my usual date is 4 1/2 hours away. (in case anyone cares, Kathy was/is our church youth group leader – I guess “was” is appropriate since we are no longer in youth group, and yet “is” is appropriate since she is still the leader at our church. what???)

Alright, off to bed… it’s way too late, and I have to start getting up waaay too early starting Monday. *sigh*
